Tulip cookie with plain ice cream with walnuts, lemon flavour and apple cream of Balsamic of vinegar

Grate the lemon rind with a fine grater and set aside.

Put three ice cream balls in the tulip cookie.

Put one half of the walnut on each ball and sprinkle with the lemon zest.

Top with a little Sibari apple cream.

Enjoy the ice cream!
