Marinate the raisins with sweet wine for 4 hours. Then, drain.

Make a rose with a tomato and set aside to finish the preparation of the salad. .

Make melon balls with a baller to mount the salad.

Finish the dish presentation with Sibari raspberry vinegar cream.
